Nitrogen (Soil Test Method):
Test for Nitrogen using Soil Nitrogen Tester:
- Take 2 gm soil sample in mixing tube with the help of spatula.
- Add 5 ml Nitro -1 from Soil Nitrogen Tester with the help of measuring cylinder and shake it up to 1 minutes.
- Filter this mixture in the test tube with the help of filter paper and funnel.
- In filtrate, add 1-2 drops of Nitro - 2 and shake it until the color is produced.
- Now, match the developed colour with the standard Nitrogen rating colour chart and note result.
