Organic Carbon (Soil Test Method):
Test for Organic Carbon using Soil Organic Tester
- If the soil sample is moist, then dry before the test.
- Take 1 gm soil sample in mixing Tube with the help of spatula.
- Take 10 ml Organic “A” with the help of measuring cylinder.
- After that take Organic “B” with the help of measuring cylinder and shake it and hold on test tube stand.
- After 15 minutes, filter through filter paper in the test tube.
- Now, match the developed colour with the Organic carbon colour rating chart and note result.
